Shipping charges
For eligible U.S. orders, the current CurveU offer provides:
- 1 bottle: $5.95 shipping.
- 3 bottles: free U.S. shipping.
- 6 bottles: free U.S. shipping.
The shipping charge, available method, and delivery estimate shown at checkout are authoritative for your destination and order.
Delivery estimates
Our current product-page estimate is delivery within 5–7 business days after purchase. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Weekends, holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, high-volume periods, address problems, and destinations outside standard service areas can extend delivery time.
If a material delay affects your order, we will use the contact information provided at checkout to notify you when reasonably possible.
Fulfillment partners
CurveU may use third-party fulfillment, manufacturing, and shipping partners. As a result, an order or promotional gift can ship from a partner facility or arrive in more than one package.
Tracking and address accuracy
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email or phone number supplied at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact help@curveu.shop immediately if an address needs correction; we cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment begins.
Lost, delayed, or marked-delivered packages
If tracking has not updated, a delivery is materially late, or a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, first check the delivery location and contact the carrier. Then email help@curveu.shop with your order number so we can review the shipment and available remedies.
International destinations, duties, and taxes
If checkout accepts an address outside the United States, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Customs processing can delay delivery.
